FAQ

getting started.

• How fast can we go live with NuBase?

Getting StartedMost clients go live in 4–6 weeks. Pre-built modules for eIPO, KYC, ReKYC, and WhatsApp API can be configured in days; the timeline depends on integrations with your CRM, core banking, and existing compliance workflows. Our fastest deployment to date went live in 11 days.

• Do we have to adopt all products at once?

Getting StartedNo. Every product is modular and API-first. You can start with a single module (e.g. WhatsApp Business API) and add eIPO, KYC, or AI Chatbots later — they snap together into a unified platform when you're ready.

• Is there a free trial or pilot program?

SupportYes — we offer paid pilots (2–4 weeks) where we deploy a single module against a real use case with measurable success criteria. Pilot fees are credited toward your contract if you proceed. Talk to our team to scope a pilot.

• What does 24×7 engineering support look like?

SupportEvery engagement includes a dedicated success manager, a Slack/WhatsApp escalation channel, and round-the-clock engineering on-call backed by clear SLAs. Critical issues get a 15-minute response time; non-critical issues are resolved within one business day.
